I have tested various recipes in my quest for a tender, moist and fluffy flat/pita/naan bread. Still good and worth trying again though. The dough, though, makes it a bit difficult: it was kind of shrinking and tearing apart when rolled probably because the flour is really whole grain, so I added some water after the first rounds and it was better, but in the end, the shape didnt matter. you are in for a treat!).
